GENERAL
es-dimoni.eu. conducts business on its own terms and conditions contained hereinafter. Any attempt to exclude these or vary them by a customer shall be void and of no effect. These terms apply to all the sales by ES-DIMONI. to the exclusion of any other terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. es-dimoni.eu reserves the right to make changes to the items shown in its catalogue and to remove selected styles.
Hours of Business - Monday-Thursday 8.30am to 18.00 pm; Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 14:30 p.m.
All our colours are as accurate as possible, however these may vary slightly due to the printing process.

PRICES
Stock articles:
Any price quoted is based on price ruling at the date of despatch. All prices quoted are exclusive VAT and inclusive carriage for full boxes (same size, color & reference). We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Nevertheless, the client has the right to rescind the contract in case of price increase. The client rescinding the contract, ES-DIMONI.is not obliged to pay any compensation or indemnity.
For Non-EU countries we will charge an extra cost of EUR 35 as export formalities. Customs clearance is not included.

ChinaLink:
Prices and other conditions as well as quantities are based on prior indications in the inquiries. When ordering different quantites ES-DIMONI. has the right to modify prices and conditions.
Prices are valid for 15 days except for typewriting errors or different delais fixed befote in written form.

 

 

DISCOUNT
For complete boxes (same size, color & reference) we offer 3% discount with the condition that payment must be in advance.
NOTE: Discount applied over total amount of the order without VAT.

 

 

DELIVERY
All goods are offered subject to availability. Goods despatched to a third party are entirely at the customer own risk. es-dimoni.eu will deliver the goods to the forwarder at a delivery place fixed by es-dimoni.eu.  In case the buyer prefers to organize the transport his relationship with the forwarder is at his own account and risk.
If the customer fails to take delivery (without prejudice), we may: store the goods at the customer expense and/or sell the goods at any time at the price readily obtainable and (after deducting reasonable costs and expenses) account to the Customer for the excess or charge the customer for any shortfall of the price payable under the Contract.
Notification of shortage, damage, defect or loss must be made in writing to the Company within seven days of receipt of the goods and the company must be given an adequate opportunity to inspect and investigate where necessary.


COLLECTION
Orders can be collected from our premises between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday.


INCOTERMS
Incoterms (p.ej.EXW,FCA,CIF,DDP,etc.),  used in this contract or in any other agreement between ES-DIMONI. and a buyer are taken out of Incoterms 2000 published from the International Chamber of Commerce.

 

 

PAYMENT
If you are a new customer, payment is required in advance before goods are despatched. If you would like to open a credit account lateron we will reassure you in our credit assurance. This process can take up to several days and es-dimoni.eu has no influence on the definite time necessary for the process. For account holder, terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. In the event of late payment es-dimoni.eu will be entitled to suspend further deliveries until payment is received.

 

 

SAMPLES
These are available on request to help with your requirements. All samples ordered from stock will be invoiced to you.


RETURNS
If there is a manufacturing fault with any of our garments we will repair and return the garment to you at our expense or issue a full credit where necessary. Returns will only be accepted if it is sent with an official returns form giving name, address, returns number and reason for return.


CANCELLATION
If an order for non-catalogue garments, specially agreed orders and garments made to a particular specification is cancelled for any reason, you will be charged for any garments, labour or material costs that was incurred while processing the order up to the time of cancellation.


CERTIFICATION
es-dimoni.eu is responsible and guarantees the adecuation of all merchandise of catalogue to the european norms when it is specified.


CLEANING
Most of our garments do meet the specified standards when supplied, they will continue to do so if correctly laundered. Most garments may be wet-washed or dry cleaned. Always follow the washing instructions on the garment label.


COPYRIGHT
All images featured in this catalogue are exclusive to es-dimoni.eu and must not be reproduced by any other company without prior written consent from es-dimoni.eu.
